Contact SupportSage combines two scores: a Nutrition Score (based on protein, fiber, sugar, sodium, and fat content) and an Ingredient Score (based on additives, processing level, and ingredient quality). Your final score is personalized based on your dietary preferences, allergens, and health goals.
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone's Settings app:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Sage → Cancel Subscription
You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
To delete your account and all associated data:
Open Sage → Profile tab → Scroll down → Tap "Delete Account"
This will permanently delete your account, preferences, and scan history.
Our database covers millions of products, but some items may not be available yet. If you can't find a product, try searching by name instead of scanning. You can also help by reporting missing products.
Yes. Your sensitive health information (allergens, dietary preferences) is stored securely in your device's Keychain with encryption. We never share your personal health data with advertisers.
No. Sage is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor or a registered dietitian for medical concerns, especially regarding allergies or dietary restrictions.
On any product page, tap the "Report Issue" button to let us know about incorrect information. For app bugs, please email us with details about the issue.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support through their website or the App Store app. We cannot process refunds directly.

Sage offers subscription plans with the following terms:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

All content, features, and functionality of Sage are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
While we strive for accuracy, product information comes from various sources and may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product data, scores, or recommendations. Always verify critical information (especially allergens) by reading product labels directly.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, OR HEALTH ISSUES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sage and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account).
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
